STUDIO X™ are professional Reportage, Documentary Wedding Photographers based in Paphos and happy to document weddings throughout Cyprus. Whist being experienced in traditional photography we also specialise in a style of wedding photography known as ‘Reportage Wedding Photography’. There are also a few other names that can be used to describe this approach such as ‘Documentary Wedding Photography’ or ‘Wedding Photojournalism’.

We tell the real story of your wedding. No posing. No fake smiles. A straightforward and honest story of what happens on your wedding day, from the preparations in the morning until the dance floor is full. We capture genuine moments, reactions, emotions and atmosphere. An informal and relaxed photo-journalistic approach that will create an honest, fun and timeless record of your wedding day, from start to finish, as it happens.

With our documentary wedding photography we do not use any artificial lighting (flash) and lots of the final photos are provided in beautiful black & white and/or sepia finishes.

Reportage Wedding Photographers

As  professional Reportage Wedding Photographers, weddings are our passion. In booking us to photograph your wedding you can be sure of a high quality professional service backed up with a bricks and mortar studio here in beautiful Paphos. This is no part time back-bedroom earner like some ‘professional’ wedding photographers out there. In fact, we would be delighted to have you come down to our friendly studio, take a look around, see how things work and get a real solid feel for my style of wedding photography before you book – all over a relaxing drink of course.

Documentary Wedding Photographer

Being a documentary wedding photographer means you get to travel a lot. We have photographed weddings in Paphos, Limassol, Protaras, Pissouri, Ayia Napa, Nicosia, Polis and throughout Cyprus and internationally.

We have a great deal of experience photographing all types of weddings in a huge variety of locations, from 5 star hotels to luxury beach front holiday villas. If you need advice or are unsure how you would like to organise your wedding photography coverage, why not take advantage of that knowledge and just give us a call or email; we’d be happy to chat through your wedding plans and work out a perfect wedding photography package to suit you. Just get in touch through the contact form to start the ball rolling.

Wedding Photojournalist

To view my wedding photojournalism photography you can view examples in my blog or take a look at my recent weddings or wedding photo gallery.

In summary, as a reportage, documentary, photojournalist style of wedding photography  we approach weddings as an unobtrusive observer. We don’t start bossing you around, don’t bother you about posing or looking at the camera and we basically work to capture the day’s events in an honest and discrete manner so that you can get on with the business of enjoying yourself. After all, it’s YOUR big day and we’re delighted to get the chance to share it with you, the last thing we would do is try and dictate how it should run.

To find out more about our wedding photography packages available, to check our availability or if you would just like to chat through your wedding plans before making a decision, please get in touch through the contact form where you can send us an email and find the telephone numbers for the studio.
